Terms of Service

mmk-hub is self-hosted software and a licence to run it. It runs in your own Google Cloud project, relaying requests from an MCP client such as Claude to the Google accounts you connect.

Because it runs in your environment, your credentials and the content you move through it do not pass through our servers.

This is sold to businesses, including sole traders, for business use only. We do not sell to consumers.

By purchasing, you confirm you are acting for purposes relating to your trade or business.

Enrolment in Google's Workspace Developer Preview Program, which generally requires a Google Workspace account. We cannot guarantee whether or when Google approves an enrolment.

The licence is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payment is by credit card, processed by Stripe.

Google Cloud usage is billed to you by Google and is not included.

This is downloadable digital content sold as a software licence. Purchases are final: we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for change of mind.

Check the requirements before you buy. In particular, the software cannot reach Google’s MCP servers until your Google Cloud project is approved for the Workspace Developer Preview Program, which is Google’s decision, not ours.

A free preflight check tells you whether your project can reach Google’s preview APIs before you pay. It creates nothing and bills nothing. Run it first.

This does not limit refunds where we are at fault, such as a licence we fail to deliver or a defect caused by us. Write to support@pureugong.com.

Redistribute, resell, lend, or sublicense the software.

Reverse engineer it, except where law permits.

Use it in a way that breaks Google's terms, or connect Google accounts you are not authorized to access.

The MCP URL the software generates contains a secret. Anyone who has that URL can use every account you connected, so treat it like a password. Rotate the secret if it may have leaked.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

It depends on Google's MCP servers. We are not responsible when Google changes, restricts, or withdraws them, or declines a preview enrolment.

You are responsible for what you do with it, including messages sent, files changed, and events created.

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may change the software and these terms. Changes take effect when published on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts covering the address stated in our 特定商取引法 notice.
